Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proven experience with Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

- Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
