Why you should attend the series
There is a long list of factors that determine whether a site will be successful or not. These factors can be divided into key success areas and this series explores one of those areas in detail; the on-site experience.
Each session explores some of the most important key success factors related to the on-site experience, by following a user journey common to virtually any eCommerce site.
A self-assessment questionnaire will be provided at the end of each session to help you benchmark your on-site experience against industry best-practices. Merchants that submit the questionnaire will also benefit from a high-level site audit aimed at pinpointing low-hanging fruit on which merchants can take immediate action.
