THE CHALLENGE
Although The Nice Mart had physical stores around Singapore and had quite a staunch reputation in the market, they did not have a digital presence to serve as their alternative revenue channel and reach to a bigger customer base. Their team wished to launch an eCommerce platform that could offer superior shopping experiences to its customers, unify their offline and online stores, and evolve as per the market trends. Their goal was to offer personalized solutions centered around the needs of every customer while fulfilling their business goals.
THE GOAL
While building The Nice Mart eCommerce solution on Adobe Commerce Cloud, the goal was to leverage all the competitive features and capabilities of the platform and build an personalized eCommerce solution. The Nice Mart wanted to implement multi-source inventory management, page builder, custom coding of coupons and rewards, AI-driven product recommendations, and custom reporting solutions for personalized experiences. Today, Moreover, they wanted to unify their online and offline stores on a single platform, study customer behavior via Adobe Sensei and boost cross selling and upselling opportunities.

- With the page builder feature, The Nice Mart can effortlessly create and launch new product pages while offering impeccable and user-centric shopping experiences.
- To offer personalized user experiences and boost upselling and cross-selling opportunities, we implemented their site with an AI-led product recommendations solution, Adobe Sensei. This assisted their team in studying consumer’s behavior, market trends, purchase history, search patterns, most viewed/searched for products, most bought products, etc. to boost their online sales.
- Implemented the multi-source inventory management system to allow for easy sourcing of items depending on a customer’s location from the nearest warehouse/retail store.
- Our team implemented the OOTB functionality for coupons and reward systems, for example, weekly available deals personalized for each customer, to boost user engagement and loyalty.
- Integrated with localized payment solutions that are popular in the region such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for easy payment and checkout experiences.
- Our team also integrated the Elasticsearch engine to allow for high-efficiency search, excellent relevancy, and powerful analytics.
- Our team employed Falcon, an innovative eCommerce accelerator, built on top of the Adobe Commerce platform by Ranosys, to implement most of the features and offered customized integrations for the rest.
